Frequently Asked Questions

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Visa Electron. All payments are securely processed at checkout. We do not accept PayPal, bank transfers, or cheques.

2. When is my order confirmed?
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment has been taken.

3. Do you ship outside the UK?
We deliver across mainland Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales), as well as Northern Ireland, Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands. Additional delivery charges may apply for these regions and will be displayed at checkout. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or other overseas territories.

4. How much does delivery cost?
Orders over £99 (excluding hockey sticks) – Free standard delivery
Hockey sticks incur an additional surcharge of £4.95 regardless of order value.
Orders under £99 – Standard delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

5. How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Standard delivery typically arrives within 7 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

6. How do I return an item?
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, please complete our Returns Form.
Items must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Have all original tags and packaging
• Be in resaleable condition
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Can I exchange an item?
Yes — exchanges are permitted within 30 days for the same product only (size or colour change) and must be the same price. Customers are responsible for return postage and postage of the replacement item. To change to a different product or price, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

8. What items cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of:
• Tights / hosiery
• Underwear / base layers worn against skin
• Socks
• Mouthguards (unless sealed)
• Water bottles
• Personalised or customised items

9. What if my item is faulty?
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If your item is faulty:

• We will arrange return and cover postage
• You may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund
• Manufacturer warranties may also apply in addition to your statutory rights

10. Can you cancel my order?
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:
• Fraud concerns
• Payment issues
• Misuse of promotional codes
• Stock errors
If your order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued.

11. Is my personal data safe?
Yes. We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We use secure systems and do not sell your data. Google Analytics is used to improve our website. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
